brightor-flare provides financial education workshops and programmes for children and teenagers aged 6-17. Our services include:

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings are made through our website booking form or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3.2 Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or credit
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or full credit
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund, but may be rescheduled subject to availability

3.4 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.

4. Participant Responsibilities

4.1 Parent/Guardian Consent

By booking a session for a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or have authority to act on their behalf.

4.2 Behaviour

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards educators and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the session, without refund.

4.3 Health and Safety

Please inform us of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the session. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participants can safely participate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our educational materials, including text, graphics, logos, and course content, is the property of brightor-flare and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
